Airoflex standard pivot truck dumpers/tippers are designed to unload materials such as coal, woodchips, bark, and any flowable bulk material. Our standard pivot truck dumpers are designed for in pit or over-the-wall operations. With safe operating and continued maintenance practices, our dumpers are designed for a long life. Standard pivot dumpers have a bolted design that eliminates the need for field welding, thereby substantially reducing the cost and time of field erection. We are dedicated to manufacturing high quality and reliable truck dumpers.
Airoflex provides in-house design, engineering, fabrication, and assembly, and we manufacture hydraulic cylinders with the longest overlap in the industry. Features
Standard pivot truck dumpers feature drive-thru or back-on operation, low deck height with safety plate, A-frames with integrated safety hoops, and chrome-plated telescoping hydraulic cylinders. Bolted connections minimize field welding and, in turn, ensure that the dumper operates efficiently.
Specifications
With a capacity of 40 – 100 tons and a deck size of 10’ wide x 35 – 80’ long, standard pivot truck dumpers are able to handle a variety of material. Each model includes 9’2″ inside rails for safety and stability. The typical raise time is 2 to 3 minutes and is adjustable according to customer specifications. The dumper’s tilt angle is 35 – 63 degrees.
Options
Options for the standard pivot dumpers include chutes and material guidance features, walkways and handrails, manually adjustable backstops, hydraulically adjustable backstops, wheel locks, pop-up, toll gate, swing gate, PLC controls, HPU heaters and coolers, service legs, and customer specified coating systems.
