Airoflex extended arm truck dumpers are designed to unload materials such as biomass, wood chips, bark, and any flowable bulk material. Combined with an above grade hopper or an over-the-wall material chute, an extended arm dumper can be easy to maintain and provide years of trouble free operation. Our bolted design eliminates the need for field welding, thereby substantially reducing the cost and time of field erection.
We provide in-house design, engineering, fabrication and assembly, and we manufacture hydraulic cylinders with the longest overlap in the industry. Customer service after the sale is our commitment, with start up and commissioning, a large inventory of spare parts, cylinder rebuild and repair, a cylinder exchange program and inspection services to provide assistance when required.
Extended arm truck dumpers feature back on operation, A-frames with integrated safety hoops, and chrome-plated telescoping hydraulic cylinders. They have shallow installation height and bolted connections to minimize field welding.
The capacity of extended arm dumpers is 40 – 80 tons and they have a deck size of 10’ wide x 45 – 80’ long. The typical raise time is approx. 2 to 3 minutes and the dumper’s tilt angle is 45 – 65 degrees.
Extended arm dumpers can be coupled with our above grade hopper. Options include chutes for over-the-wall applications, walkways and handrails, fixed backstops, manually adjustable backstops, hydraulically adjustable backstops, PLC controls, HPU heaters, service legs, and customer specified coating systems.
